Implementation of this deliverable is a precursor to position COL for deployment of the post-merger Chase/Bank one secure website.

The name of the project is Help Desk Management System. This System enables the employees to register their complaints, issues, and grievances against various departments of the organization. The system provides a workflow based complaint resolution and escalating mechanism such that employee issues are resolved with minimum or no follow-up. The system holds the department heads accountable for the various grievances registered against their departments.

Additionaly, Prepared TSL script for GUI development tool, EmPresent and Presenter. Presenter is the user interface development environment that is totally cross platform, integrated with a web services and translates user interfaces into multiple languages.
