Director of Food and Beverage facility Concessions and Warehousing Operations
Oversee the ballpark food and beverage operation with 1285 seasonal associates and 90 full time associates and 6 managers. Covered multiple management positions for 12 months (AGM, Concessions, Director of Food and Beverage, and Commissary Manager) in addition to Director Role.
Changed logistic dynamic to JIT ordering, by strict inventory control and process improvement which resulted in quicker turnover of inventory.
Partnered with health inspectors, USDA, FDA, Secret Service, FBI, and Indians to launch first ever 2016 RNC Market place inside Progressive Field ensuring the security and safety of all attendants, workers and customers.

Developed and optimized a Standard Work Format for Installation Procedures, to ensure error-proof delivery of installation procedures, critical-to-quality checklists, self-check metrics, and failure mode.
