Operated and maintained the Amundsen – Scott South Pole Station on location in Antarctica.

Responsible for power generation, water supply, waste water, and digital control systems aboard this station. Senior Project Manager, Intertek AIM, Charlotte, NC April 2016 – April 2017 Started an office for Charlotte, NC from concept to a staff of two technicians, one professional engineer (myself), and a senior metallurgist.

Grew from zero revenue to a projected revenue of $1.1M in 2017.

Led five fossil fuel boiler inspection projects throughout North America and the Caribbean as a Senior Project Manager.

Initiated over fifty projects using vendor engineering design to include estimated cost, schedule, and scope of work for project execution.

Created estimates for project cost for staffing and construction for each project. Mechanical Engineer – CB&I – Multiple Locations in the Southeast June 2010 – June 2015 Responsible for systems design engineering for the “first of a kind” AP1000 nuclear power plants. Completed engineering design for the Raw Water and Wastewater Systems, including P&IDs, isometrics, calculations, and other mechanical deliverables.

V.C. Summer Units 2 & 3 – Columbia, SC

Managed reporting for piping deliverables and piping design changes for all AP1000 construction sites.

Ideation for alumni involvement with the University including named scholarships from potential donors and assisting leadership development for current engineering students. Board Member – North Carolina Public Access Foundation October 2009 – Present

Project Manager for the Adopt-A-Ramp Program. Personally, developed this program with the North Carolina Wildlife Commission to allow private organizations to formally adopt boating access areas across the state.

Eleven boat ramps were adopted in 2010 and currently over 20% of all boating access areas are adopted by private groups.
