• Led a team of five to design and build an automated urination rate monitor for Igelösa Life Science AB, a research company based in Sweden. The device was designed to be a subcomponent of Igelösa’s control system used for patient stabilization.

• The urination rate monitor was built for preclinical research purposes. It is capable of reading and logging flow rate as well as artifact detection caused from exogenous movement.

• Responsible for the mechanical and electrical design as well as validating the device to meet requirements desired by the client.

ELEC391 Design Project

• Led a team of four to design and build a two degree of freedom helicopter.

• Responsible for designing the power and digital electronics as well as building a brushless DC motor used to lift the helicopter.
