Experience:

At New Line Structures, I was Senior Project Manager for a portion of the construction of a $75 million hotel/residential/commercial new building project in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The new building, when complete, will be 14 stories above grade and will feature an outdoor pool, catering hall, commercial kitchens, separate hotel and residential lobbies, retail space, parking garage and landscaped outdoor space. My responsibilities included field supervision and coordination between trades, review of contract documents and value engineering, development of scopes of work for various trades, preparation of bid packages and trade agreements, bid leveling and leading of scope review meetings followed by recommendations to award trade contracts, facilitation of design meetings, preparation, review and approval of monthly payment requisitions, review and approval of invoices, preparation of change orders, monthly reports and meeting minutes, monitoring of TR1 and TR8 inspections, and coordination with outside agencies and service providers, including Con Ed, National Grid and cable companies. I was also responsible for overseeing tracking of submittals and training and supervision of staff, including an MEP Project Manager and Project Engineer.

Prior to my most recent position, I managed high profile, cultural institution projects exclusively for the NYCDDC, involving multiple contractors and subcontractors. My responsibilities included tracking of budgets and project costs, staff supervision and training, contractor supervision and coordination, facilitation of progress meetings and trades meetings, supervision and monitoring of controlled inspections including tracking of TR1 requirements, preparation of change order estimates, monitoring of submittals, RFIs and LEED requirements, preparation of meeting minutes, and monitoring of project close-out and commissioning requirements.

My past experience also includes design and construction of waterfront structures, including capacity analysis of piers, bulkhead and pile repairs, wind, wave and current analysis, materials handling systems and utilities. My experience also encompasses project management and design and planning studies for mass transit, highway and bridge structures.
