As such I was responsible for the training of new employees, customer sales and service, opening and closing the store, making bank deposits and balancing cash drawers, handling return approvals, cashiering, price changes, setting up displays and stock, operating heavy equipment as it is related to incoming stock, freight, forklift when needed, and receiving.

July, 2001 to March, 2002 - Pickett’s Hardware Store, Brooksville. Receiving and sales. Received delivery trucks once a week, checking stock and entering it into computer and get it out to sales floor, and worked in sales and cashiering and opening and closing store as well.

August, 2000 to July, 2001 – Central Waste, Brooksville. Office Manager and executive assistant to owner, Michael Moringello (deceased). Handled all clerical duties and running of office including billing for commercial and residential customers, contracts, office supplies, soliciting new business in other counties, handled payroll, customer service calls.

December, 1999 to August 2000 – Badcock Furniture Company, Brooksville. Collections manager and sales.

January, 1999 to December, 1999 – self-employed sales in area flea markets. Merchandise included caps and Nascar jackets and other paraphernalia. As such honed customer service skills and sales ability.

November, 1993 to January, 1998 – Transouth Financial, Brooksville. Cashier. Worked front desk as procurement officer, typed all loans, handled bank deposits, received all customer payments, responsible for collections and customer service, organized all customers files, attended real estate closings, filed legal documents at courthouse. Licensed for property and credit life disability insurance, as well as notary public certification.
