SUMMARY After being a stay at home mom, I am looking to get back into the business world. I understand that having been out for a few years, I will need to start at a different level to do so. However, with my skillset, I willing to do what it takes to prove that I am a benefit to any employer. Anadarko Petroleum Corp, The Woodlands, Texas ~ March 2005 – May 2013 HR Analyst II (SAP)

• SAP functional application project management, including gathering requirements, functional specifications, development, testing and documentation.

• Responsible for the creation of all SAP and PeopleSoft Queries, while ensuring that HR user security met the guidelines as set in SOX compliance. Collaborated with HR Vice President to identify and create ad-hoc reporting as required by CEO and Corporate VP’s.

• Created and maintained a reporting environment utilized by HR Business Partners and Managers to report HR data changes for their areas of responsibility. Reports included promotions, position changes, personal information, benefits, family status, etc., to ensure data accuracy and provide that other metrics were delivered and consistent. Monthly reports included, diversity, turnover, headcount, new hires and terminations by Business Unit as well as Job Function.

• Worked with IT and Learning and Organizational Development team to implement and administer, Plateau, the Self-Service Learning Management System for employees and managers.

• Created a process for capturing year end data, hires, terminations and transfer transactions as required for the Employment team to perform Affirmative Action Plan analysis.

• Responsible for the analysis and proper creation of tables and reports of data required for EEO1 and VETS100 annual government required reporting of US based employees.

• Created a process which provided data required for the “Top 100 Corporations” as well as Compensation surveys, annually.

• Assisted auditors with providing support for all government required reporting on a quarterly basis. HR Analyst II (PeopleSoft HCM)

• PeopleSoft functional application project management, including gathering requirements, functional specifications, development, testing, training and documentation.

• Provided HR system support, process/procedures, documentation and training for Compensation, Learning and Organization Development and HR System Security.

• PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst responsible for process improvement.

• Conducted training for end-users on new functionality and company business practices

• Responsible for functional maintenance of PeopleSoft Self-Service for employees and managers (ESS/MSS) companywide.

• Reporting/Query SME for all HR systems, including PeopleSoft (Citrix and Query Manager), Org Publisher, Plateau, Global Directory, and legacy HR systems.

• Created a process using a Microsoft Access database, utilized by HR Business Partners and managers to identify employees who were severed, and those who were retained to comprise the new Company, due to a merger or an acquisition. The system contained a reporting feature, which creates legally required reports, such as, the Affected Employees report to be included in all exit packets.

• Created and maintained a Microsoft Access database used to map/convert and format data for IT to load into PeopleSoft, for employees who joined the company due to an acquisition or merger. The database converted data from the legacy system, to the pertinent PeopleSoft fields/records (i.e. Name, Address, Employment, Job, etc). In addition, it created files for IT to load all job history. The database contained audits to ensure the data would load without error. Audits included, identifying employees who previously worked for the company (i.e. those who existed in both the legacy and current system), ensured all converted codes were active as of the referenced effective date, ensured the converted Actions and Action Reasons were in the proper sequence as required by PeopleSoft (ex. Hire, Term, then Rehire, or Leave, then Return from Leave, etc.).

• Worked with IT and Compensation team to implement and support CPS, a Self-Service add on tool for managers to perform Annual Comp Planning. This system allowed mgr’s to assign merit increases/promotions, bonuses, and LTI to their employees. Created reports/queries to assist the Comp team with data audits and downloads for reconciliation. Created a MS Access database, which formatted files for upload into the Payroll system, as well as corresponding job history for the HR related tables. Ensured processing was automated, documented and met SOX compliance guidelines.
