Responsible for providing maintenance support for 1500+ stores in all 50 states including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Managed activities of 3 Area Managers and 3 Maintenance Coordinators covering the southern half of the US providing appropriate maintenance and construction knowledge to ensure timely issue resolution requiring periodic travel to assigned stores.

Responsible for providing maintenance support compliance for 1300+ stores in all 50 states including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Managed staff of 4 Maintenance Coordinators ensuring maintenance calls were responded to and completed in a timely manner. Resolved escalated problems and provided updates/recommendations to field and department management.
Managed vendor selection and qualification, project management, store renovations, budget and budget management for all CAPEX and OPEX expenses.
Prepared RFP’s and SOW’s for equipment and service purchases. Reviewed results, negotiated and awarded. Resolve escalated maintenance calls and coordinate resolutions with stores, management and vendors. Bid high dollar services, approve work authorized and review invoices and supporting documentation to process invoices.
Developed a nationwide waste and recycle program for an annual $1.5M+ savings, an interior and exterior lighting program, an all-inclusive fire and burg inspection and maintenance program, an all-inclusive automatic door inspection and maintenance program, a sidewalk power washing program, an interior lighting relamp program, an exterior lighting retrofit program, an HVAC replacement program, a floor repair program, and supervised Energy Analyst in energy saving endeavors to name a few.
