Technical writer. I documented business processes for the presales function, where most revenue proposals originate. I also created documentation and training materials for commercial and proprietary programs for publishing and marketing. Health editor. I wrote sales proposals addressed to marketing executives. After achieving consensus among medical, media, technical, marketing, and business stakeholders, these proposals anchored sales pitches and contracts that generated $125 million annually. Deliverables: sales proposals.
