Monitor all process operations to maximize production rates while meeting quality targets.

Responsible for desired output with maintaining desired quality by optimizing power and cost.

Continuous monitoring of process parameters as well as equipment condition.

Handling CCR Shift operation and Monitor CCR individual performance.

Ensure the regular inspection and evaluation of all operating equipment to maintain production requirement.

Continuous communication with service department for better equipment performance and reduction of equipment down time.

Monitor timely execution of shutdown/breakdown jobs and readiness of standby equipments for improvement of equipment availability.

Process Measurements and analysis of data such as

a)Supervise for correct grinding media charging in cement mill, Mill filling % & Tonnage, Mill Velocity, Dust Emission, Grinding path, Classification of Grinding Media, Loading and Unloading of Grinding Media.

b)Roller Press measurements, Gap adjustments, Roller gap, Chick plate adjustment.

c)Separator tromp curve, efficiency, Velocity.

d)Fan flow Measurement & Optimization.

e)Weigh feeder drop tests & calibrations.

f)Monitor false air, idle equipments.

g)Monitor working of pollution control equipments such as Dust Collector.

h)Review operational control guidelines and procedures.

Analysis of process breakdowns and trying to achieve zero process breakdowns.

Analyse various process inputs and parameters like power, compress air etc., for cost reduction and for effective plant operation.

Implement ISO, EMS, OHSAS and EnMS through technical involvement for improvement in plant.

Implement good housekeeping standards for spillages, leakages etc., and environment & safety performance.

Support and maintain the plant safety program through day-to-day safety contacts with employees and department safety meetings.

Looking after operation of Softener Water Treatment Plant.
