As Management Consultant, Professor and Banker for more than 30 years, I have enhanced my abilities in professional and teaching banking, finance as also in conducting research in the areas of credit, infrastructure, MSME, project management, gender issues, μ-finance, bank supervision, risk management, producers’ organizations and agribusiness, federations/ societies/NGO sector credit rating and management, cooperatives management, financial inclusion and financial products innovations. I am, besides Ph.D. in Financial Economics from Panjab University Chandigarh, MBA (Banking and Finance), CAIIB, MS Insurance and MA Economics. I have published a book, a series of research papers / articles in international and national journals.
