BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:
From 1992 to 2012 ran a successful local medical transcription business for a variety of specialities to include neurology, pathology, pulmonology, internal medicine, rehabilitation medicine, radiology and immunology. I also worked for the two hospitals locally doing overflow work for a variety of departments.
From 1985 to 1992 I worked for Incare Medical Services and the Georgetown Dialysis Center in the business office doing general supervisory work, payroll, AP/AR and the like.
Over the entirety of my career I have always made myself available for a variety of opportunities and in doing so, I worked for a time for the Fox Transcription Services, on line, now known as Rev Transcription. That afforded me experience with interview transcribing, financial and academic along with medical research transcribing.
I love what I do and am looking for a place where the quality and dedication I put into my work will truly be appreciated, and as such, be beneficial for both parties.
