The automated solution will involve using a new software called Intelledox for document generation. This will allow PH to pull plan information from Metavance into the SBC template using the terminology and guidelines specified in the regulations.

•Involved in the meeting with Business process owners, SME (subject matter experts) and other stakeholders for Requirements gathering and refining in definition stage.

•Gathered, documented, and analyzed user requirements for creating a Test Plan.
