Airplane structure inspection:

Over saw and lead teams that built airplanes to assure the airplane was built to specifications using blue print drawings. Lead a team of Quality Assurance personnel between Wichita, KS and Everett, WA to collaborate fixes on sections sent with defectives. Worked for a period of 6 months to correct defects, continue build bring build within schedule and send a correct part to our customer saving millions of dollars.

Boeing Supplier Quality/Quality Specialist:

Field Inspector Audit/Assessment at vendors factories. Assured that parts and assemblies Manufactured for Boeing or their customers were built per specification on drawings or change notices. Worked with vendors to help smaller companies Buy, Manufacture and deliver quality products in a timely manor and within budget. Assigned to Charleston, S. C. to lead some Quality aspects in setting up their new building and setting up a Boeing Quality Management System (QMS). Instrumental in working with Vought, Alienia and Federal Aviation Administration in obtaining their Production Certificate to build sections and send them to Boeing Everett.
