1. Caterpillar Financial Services Corp, Nashville,TN Feb 2016 to Till Date

FinancExpress & ESignature Edocs

FinancExpress is a Web-based, transaction-processing tool, developed because of increasing transaction levels and decreasing transaction sizes. It enables the employees and the Dealers to easily quote and credit score deals and generate documents for the purchase or lease of equipment. Once the user sets up a quote and enters the credit application, the quote and credit application may be linked and the quote designated as official so that the deal may be submitted for an automated decision. If the deal is not automatically approved, a Caterpillar Credit Analyst reviews the request and enters a manual decision. Once approved, documents may be generated via email or through Adobe Acrobat preview. Once signed documents are received by Caterpillar Financial, FinancExpress is again used to record receipt of the documents and to electronically transmit the deal into the InfoLease environment.

The documentations are in the form of printed agreements, many of which are legal binding documents. The Caterpillar Financial (CFSC) financing/leasing system automates the production of these documents with eDocs applications. eDocs applications generates individual, unsecure PDF with barcode for the eSignature requests (eSig output mode) and will sent the data required for electronically signing the documents to AWS. The existing eDocs components like DDSGUI, DM, Router and XSLFO.

3. DTCC, New Jersey Apr 2011 – Feb 2013

Intraday Pricing Exception Reporting

This project will create the FICC-NYPC Surveillance dashboard as a web application. Currently, Risk Analysts have to complete the daily surveillance process from the Microsoft Access database. This project will automate the surveillance process and eliminate the limited functionality that the analysts have issues within the Access database.

Surveillance dashboard will generate the surveillance report (intraday) and allow the analysts to drill down into the detail of each member that has violated the threshold every hour.

CR is to enhance the existing to include an approval process for any Price Monitor or Price Suppression. IPE will also be enhanced to function similar to IP1. IPE will be upgraded to include an Email Alert, and the new approval process that has been specified for IP1. Any Pending Approval which is not acted upon by midnight, will be removed by a cleanup process. Therefore, each day, both IP1 and IPE will begin with no Pending Approval items in their “queues”.

Pricing Exception Report

Pricing Exception reports project would provide the users Securities Valuation area the ability to change the thresholds of Pricing reports used for research and analysis. Allow more dynamic reporting standards and provide daily pricing universe files. Modification on existing Foreign Exchange rates to File-sanity check procedures to ensure the quality exchange rates received from the vendor. Users will also be able to override the exchange rates through web-screen or by uploading a file.
