Worked as Electrical Engineer (August 2006 - April 2011) for (Adel kasasbeh contracting CO)

Main responsibilities:

Find solution for problems in site.

Coordinate between Civil & MEP works.

Liaised with client and consultant.

Execution of the project in time within the approved budget and in accordance with the contract quality specifications for the projects.

KAFD (KING ABDULLAH FINANCIAL DISTRICT) high rise building.

Main responsibilities:

Co-ordinate with Engineers and the Engineering Manager for drawings and engineering matters.

Monitor and assist in cash collections.

Ensuring all engineering and drafting costs are allocated to their correct projects.

Responsible for the work allocation and timely issue of project drawings.

Attend all site meetings as requested.

Prepare monthly progress payment application and to ensure positive cash flow.

Review monthly labor performance in terms of labors budget.

Responsible for submitting monthly project progress report to the Senior Management.

Ensure the project progress is monitored in accordance with the client’s contractual programme and advise accordingly.

Ensure that the work is in line with the specifications, procurement, approved shop drawings and complete the work in the best possible way and rectify all defects and complaints within the defect liability period.
