Management
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Formed and led high performance work team consisting of sales, production, environmental and technical customer service. Sales reached $18 million in two years.
Replaced and trained three new manufacturers' representatives, due to retirement, resignation and poor performance. Annual sales volume continued to grow 15% per year during these personnel changes in a declining industry/economy.
