Managed the design, fabrication and installation of Subsea Jumpers, Installation and Hook-Up of X-Trees, installation of other subsea equipment, pre-commissioning and start-up in the USAN FPSO Project. Workscope value is $500 MUSD. In addition, effectively managed the transition from TOTAL to ExxonMobil on the Usan FPSO Project as TOTAL had relinquished operatorship of the Usan field and ExxonMobil assumed that responsibility as directed by the Nigerian Government. TOTAL had not yet completed a significant portion of the subsea work scope. Responsible to seamlessly manage the transition process, handover and project activities from TOTAL to ExxonMobil.

Successfully managed the Integrity Restoration of the OSO Complex which is a key Asset in ExxonMobil Nigeria. The complex produces Condensates and contains a Cryogenic plant that allows NGL’s to be fractioned. The facility was shut-in as a result of damage inflicted by armed assailants. Activities included early identification of fit-for purpose execution plan, hiring and supervision of construction vessels and of construction resources, daily reporting to Sr Management in Nigeria and at USA headquarters. Managed EPC contract thru commissioning and start-up, achieving project completion ahead of schedule (in 40 days versus 180 days forecasted by company), with costs below target, with no Safety incidents. Recipient of ExxonMobil MPN’s Management Award for outstanding performance.
