EXPERIENCE IN MIDDLE EAST:-

Worked with Riyadh Metro Rail project cost of 22.5 billion US$ in M/s Egis Rail as a MEP Engineer since November 2013 to April 2017.

PROJECT SCOPE INCLUDES:-

All permanent MEP and Building Services including interface with all disciplines including rail systems, with a specific focus on mechanical tunnel ventilation.

Ensure that the Design produced by the Design Consultants meet all relevant Codes and Standards.

Supply Design Consultants with interface and supporting information to complete their design work.

Monitor progress of Design Consultants and Contractors deliverables packages including design calculations, drawings etc.

Ensure that the Design Consultant undertakes the review and acceptance of Contractor shop drawings and materials submittals.

Liaise with other related disciplines and co-ordinate work with them.

Review design work or studies being carried out by others.

Assist in managing consents and approvals.

Monitor and report progress.

Provide support to the Construction Department and Field Engineering to resolve Contractor Technical Queries and resultant field changes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Prepare M.S.R for site materials & equipment’s following up with materials department &

Executing and follow up the construction of mechanical works to be sure that the installations comply with the approved shop drawings, owner requirements, and international relevant standards.

Handling of material and manpower in the best way to achieve the planned target dates.

Coordinating the daily activities of project staff, construction trades and subcontractors, and

Taking corrective action to keep the project on time.

Establishing effective onsite communications and progress reporting with sub-contractor and Clients.

Making Inspection Request & Conduct inspection of all ongoing works, testing & commissioning of all (MEP) discipline at site.

Testing and commissioning of Integration between the Building Management System and E&M equipment’s in the building.

Maintain As-built details for the final preparation of the as-Built Drawings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution (Mechanical) including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting installations &
