Description: Competency mapping questionnaire has been designed according to the Job description provided by the company and have been assessed those employees by the SBU head, reporting manager and by themselves. It is done in order to analyse the skill gaps.

Summer Internship Project Title: Competency Based Skill Inventory Analysis and Implementation of Skill Passport for Blue Collar Employees.

Description: Competency based skill gap questionnaire has been designed and confirm operators have been assessed by their concerned supervisor in order to fill the gaps relevant training program had been scheduled with appropriate trainers. Skills passport has been implemented in accordance to know the operator present skill gap.
