Mechanical Process Technician IV February 2015 to November 2016

Set-up, PM’ed and repaired CNC Milling Machines in the Caterpillar Axle Manufacturing Plant for AECOM. Milling machines such as Carnaghi, Pama & Leibherr were utilized to manufacture the front and rear axles for CAT's largest mining dump trucks. Duties included work on Laser Hardening and Heat Induction units to support operations of parts. Participated and passed all equipment and safety training required by AECOM and CAT.

Facility Maintenance Manager November 2014 to February 2015

Managed duties involving building/facility maintenance including the hiring of personnel.

Assisted in the daily oversight of the initial construction phase of the plant as well as sourcing

vendors and equipment to support the final operation. Worked closely with contractors,

management and engineering to resolve issues. Setup facility maintenance shop and supply room.

Setup initial maintenance shop with support inventory. Worked with Engineering and the Maintenance Manager in the start-up phase of the facility. Project Lead on specialized tasks and projects.
