Spearheaded a team of three in outlining schedules, use-cases, phase documentation, weekly presentations, and overall site map. Orchestrated weekly benchmarks of team progress to ensure project completion and prevent scope creep and minimize projected project cost.
Released PHP and SQL-based consumer survey site utilizing HTML, and Bootstrap CSS to cut project length while delivering a responsive layout.
