Manufacture of Catalyst -

Perform the duties required to produce catalyst products. Operate a group of processing equipment locally or from a remote instrumented control room. Performs batch operations’ to produce catalyst products by manual and computer controlled equipment including DCS and Delta V computer systems. Responsible for maintaining all process parameters within required limits. Executes unit operations such as the reactions, crystallizations, distillations, extractions, filtrations and drying operations. Initiate and track computer controlled operations and use independent judgment to switch from computer to manual controls. Operate processing unites simultaneously while running on or more processes.
