Assisted in over 50 general surgery cases. Became familiar with both laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques. Performed suturing on intra-operative cases. Assisted in performing pre-and post-operative assessments of surgical patients on rounds in the hospital. Performed histories and physicals on 20 patients/week in the outpatient clinic. Assisted in the diagnosis and treatment plan for operative and non-operative cases.
