Description:

Currently working for DXC as an IT Professional-1 for the application support/management for IAM technologies. The team handles all issues through the Snow ticket based system and working all platforms within Zurich SLA policy. The team responsible for Global intranet & extranet users, service accounts and their applications. On critical issues team is responsible for initiating a bridge for resolving the issue along with coordination of application support people, members, managers and respected escalation matrix people from IM team.
