Provided technical assistance to grantees in the use of the agency’s “eGrants” system. This web-based system allows grantees to authorize and submit grant applications electronically. This assistance provided the grantees the ability to complete their applications and receive funding that they would have otherwise declined due to frustration using the new technology.

Conducted grant writing training to school districts at technical assistance workshops to provide potential grantees with grant writing strategies and best practices for grant management and financial responsibility.
