Moscow-Saint-Petersburg M-11 Highway Project. Budget – 1.5 billion dollars. Connection to existing Ring Road around Saint-Petersburg under my direct supervision (5 bridges, 4 culverts, 6 retaining walls and over 9 km of 6 lane high speed highway).

Responsibilities

- Managing own and subcontractor’s teams – over 100 people under direct control;

- Overseeing construction site and subcontractors activities with the critical points at Quality Assurance, HSE principles, approval of working permissions and procedures, such as steel assembling works, concrete works etc.;

- Working with design team and solving design problems at construction site;

- Negotiating contract issues with subcontractors and client;

- Conduction inspections of the construction site with the Client and Technical Experts;

- Ensuring that all site activities were done in right standard, contract and working design;

- Conduction of quality audits;

- Organization of laboratory inspections and tests;

- Responsible for Non-Compliance forms closure;

- Reporting to the Project Managers and Client.

Achievements

I came to M-11 project at the beginning of November 2016. Since that time, I prepare and reorganize all construction site. Large scopes of misunderstanding between the Client, General contractor and Subcontractors were solved. About 35 Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) was closed and most critical milestones were completed with the minimal wastes of time. My part of the M-11 project become most progressive than the others.

Western High Speed Diameter (Central Sector). Budget – 2 billion euro.

Petrovsky Cable bridge added to my responsibility (60 + 110 + 220 + 110 + 60 meters spans, the height of the pylons is 125 meters, 2 single pylons) and 1500 meters length of the overpass on the approach to the bridge (6 lanes, 30 meters pier bodies height).

Responsibilities

- Managing own and subcontractor’s teams – over 150 people under direct control;

- External relation with Designer, Client and Consultant;

- Internal relation with Design, Project Control, Procurement and Financial department;

- Reporting to the Client, COWI (Technical Experts) and Project Managers;

- Quality assurance, HSE, and Design problems solving on site;

- Supervision of steel erection and concrete works;

- Supervision of stay-cables installation and pre-stressing, anchorage fixing, tensioning; protecting system preparation and installation;

- Supervision of main span segment lifting with the launching gantry cranes;

- Supervision of back span launching with the hydraulic jack and tensioned cables;

- Control of the concrete slabs (main deck) installation with cantilever gantry cranes;

- Management of subcontractors activities with the operational control of working process;

- Daily, commissioning of own works and subcontractors activities (BEFORE and together with COWI technical experts and Client);

- Organization of laboratory control (concrete strength, control of welding and frixion joints assembling);

- Being responsible for sliding formwork technology for the pylons (114meters);

- Marine activities (from the construction of temporary flyovers with temporary platforms to the segment lifting from the barge with 2 tugboats).

I was grow up as a professional Heavy-Civil Engineer and fully understand all site activities and technologies at bridge construction sector. I was spending more then 12 hours per day at construction site and always studying something about the construction. I got an excellent practice at bridge construction works from zero to the end. By the way, Mostootryad 19 was one of the biggest construction companies of Russia.
