VP of Operations Carnivore Meat Green Bay, WI 2016 to Present Rapidly growing pet food manufacture. I am responsible for the entire operations of the two locations. The business has grown by 50% in revenue in the past year. We have implemented 5s and have laid the foundation for TPM. Through the use of these management techniques, I was able to increase velocity of product and information that freed up our working capital. With the additional funds available to the business, we purchased another foundry and product line. We manufactured this product on current manufacturing equipment and grew our customer base. Focused my engineering team on increasing the velocity through the implementation of tools which eliminated waste. Developed process to install anti-theft device into a molded key head. This was a first for the automotive industry.
