To Whom It May Concern:
I am very interested in a nurse practitioner position you may have for a family nurse practitioner (FNP) specialty. I am currently a physician liaison since September 2015 at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital in Banning, CA and have been with this facility since October 2010. As physician liaison, I work closely with a surgeon and a gastrointestinal doctor, assisting them with patient care.
I earned my nursing degree in June 2003 and have been practicing as a nurse since this time. My past practice experience includes medical/surgical, telemetry, orthopedics, intensive care, and a charge nurse role. Before working as a nurse, I worked as a certified nursing assistant for six years in a long term care psychiatric facility.
Please review my submitted resume, recommendations, and portfolio and contact me in regard to the nurse practitioner position, or any available nursing position within my field. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to meeting with you and serving patients in your practice.
Sincerely,
Erin J. Baldwin
