I arrived at Bank of America that I was assigned to and speak to manager on duty. I asked manger wear the equipment to be installed is to check inventory and make sure the equipment to be installed was correct. I ask manager how many tellers, computers and printers they have. When the bank closes for the day and the teller’s are finished counting and putting money up, I called tech support to let them know we were ready to have servers shut down. While the server was shutting down, I began to get new Server and APN ready to be installed. When old Server shuts down and I installed new APN with new Server was on stand-by. I called tech support to have them bring the Server back up so back up of files can begin. When the files finished backing up, I called tech support and let them know what two PC’s I powered back on and I reminded them how many PC’s and printers were at bank. I had to find the nicur and print out configuration pages for all printers. I disconnected old printers and installed new printers. I had to box up old printers and APN, check the fax by sending a test page to tech support. When backups were finished I disconnected and boxed up old Server and connected new Server. When all tellers, PC’s and printers were up I put bank keys in an envelope to put in a night box. I faxed tech support the paper work for the bank. When tech support received everything they dismissed me for the day.

I worked on Windows imaging in Windows 7 refresh project for Xerox corporation. I unboxed new PC’s for Windows’s refresh. After All file were finished downloading and the imaging was complete, I boxed up the PC for delivery to offsite Xerox employee.
