Supervised 30 people 15 press operators and 15 assemblers. Took daily inventories of material. Scheduled Employees to work certain jobs. Trouble shoot Rubber Presses to operate efficiently. Worked with employees to maintain Production Quota’s as well as Quality and Safety. Disciplined Employees tracked training and vacation.
