As a college student, I can say my experience goes beyond education. I learned strong leadership skills while in school. I committed to a management position with my current employer. Working in a fast-paced environment has taught me how to work under pressure and keep good and professional communication skills. Managing a team of 15 to 20 staff on any particular shift has taught me how to work well with others and how to be a successful and efficient leader.
