SUMMARY

Trough my working years, I have gained experience in different fields, support of application development of application, customer service, trainer, software QA, and technical support to say a few, I have focus for some years now to the information technologies field because is where is what I like, development, of software, web, apps, etc. I have always been attract to the computers and that is why I studied Engineering in Mechatronics, where I found the development to be quite fun, I have had the opportunity to work in both fields of the development, Front-end and Back-end. There was a project that I did a web app to reduce and gather better information of the sales that the sales team was doing, with a special connection for the boss to check all the info that was gathered and retrieve to a text file. I did both sides of the app. I can say that I have had more professional experience in the Front-end part, I continue to pursue equally both kind of developments because I like to consider myself, and to pursue, the full stack development. WORK EXPERIENCE

2017/06 – 2017/11 Software QA and Trainer, CityShob

As a Software QA I was in charge of the verification, documentation and replication of functionality issues, bug report, miss translations and any kind of malfunction that the software might appear to have, as well as giving ideas for the improvement of the software or understanding of the same to the future users.

I have been working for a company that one of their prime businesses is an event location call Hacienda de los Santos, for which I have done a web app to manage the sales and the salespersons that work for that particular business. This app was code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery for the part of the front-end, and also PHP and MySQL in the back-end part, to do the connections and storage of the info through a DB.

Through this time, I worked with some companies, and in the web, for people that could need any kind of service regarding the development of documentation, web apps, websites, software, or other from the same categories, of the IT area, I had some work as development of internal web apps, and documentation for support of some software, for feature workers. 2014/07- 2015/09 Developer Support, IDS

From 07/2014 to 12/2014 I worked as an app support, my main task was to secure the correct functionality of the application as well as to change any kind of configuration for the app to keep running, as long as it was on my credentials, if not to contact the correct department or team to take care of it.

From 01/2015 to 09/2015, I worked in another project where my main task was to give support for 2 apps, assure they run without failure through connecting to servers, and changing the code upon request of maintenance or request of an upgrade or task, also keep track of changes an upgrades in the latest technologies to make sure that the app runs OK.I Also had to do a configuration of local setup for test environments for both apps and a migration of server and upgrade of DB and MQ versions. 2010-2014 Previous Working Experience

Through this years I had quite different jobs not regarding the IT area but that helped me to gain experience and knowledge of the working culture, such as: working as a phone agent, that gave me the know how to give people service and how to keep a client satisfied. As a Quality point for video editions to be always attend to the tiniest detail and deliver a job that would be satisfied to deliver to clients without worrying of miss satisfaction.
