Being the lead at Verizon wireless, I managed a team of 6-10 employees, it was my goal to ensure that we reach not only our sales goals but also to ensure that every customer that walked through the door got exceptional customer service as well.

My responsibilities was to assist with the troubleshooting and fixing of computers for the students at the university, I was responsible for updating, maintaining and also removing software from the computers if needed.
