10/17 – Present (Plano, TX) Title: President and CEO. Enterprise Engineering Solutions. Coordinating with local area architects for business development and execution of projects.

5/05 – 8/17 (Hurst, TX) Title: Senior Electrical Engineer. Tarrant County College District (TCCD). Prepared drawings and specs (lighting layout & schedule, riser diagrams, single lines, panel schedules, receptacle layout, mechanical/HVAC equipment power, etc.) for small electrical projects. Used AutoCad on some projects. Reviewed drawings and specs prepared by outside consultants for larger projects. Reviewed vendor product offerings (lighting fixtures, VFDs, cable, conduit, transformers, premium efficiency motors, etc.) for equipment they wished TCCD to purchase. Provided technical consultation as required. Project Manager (using Ebuilder software) for several ongoing projects responsible for invoicing, billing, and change order issues as well as other administrative details.

TCCD major projects included replacement of existing 4.16KV campus feeder loop with 13.8KV loop and replacement of all fluorescent/metal halide lighting with LED and nLight control system. Performed lighting design using Visual software and prepared ComCheck.

Assisted outside firm, for multiple Campus locations, by providing drawings (original and renovation) and field walk thru for preparation of as-built single line diagram. S/L used to prepare short circuit, coordination, and arc flash study. All electrical equipment was then labelled for arc flash hazard.

Performed field survey to verify construction schedule was meeting milestones and for adherence to drawings/specifications.

All work performed in accordance with the NEC and other NFPA codes as applicable.

5/01 – 3/05 (Wichita Falls, TX) Title: Senior Electrical Engineer. EEM and self-employed. Prepared drawings and specifications for upgrade of electrical service for Middle School to add air conditioning. Coordinated with local Electric Utility (TXU) to upgrade service entrance and changeout to new switchgear. Prepared switchgear layout and power for HVAC equipment drawings. Performed field surveys, cost estimates, drawings.

Client for other projects was US Army with numerous projects in Fort Hood (TX) and Fort Monmouth (NJ). Prepared renovation drawings (lighting layout & schedule, riser diagrams, single lines, panel schedules, receptacle layout, mechanical/HVAC equipment power, switchgear/panelboard layout, transformer, wire and conduit sizing and fire alarm)
