Responsibilities

On-site Construction Management of Electrical works for the Barrack and Head quarter buildings at the ISF Base camp Development Project, in Duhail, Qatar.

Supervision of the Installation of cable Management systems including Ladders, Trunking, trays, Piping (GI and PVC) for services including Power, Lighting, Lighting Control, Facade Lighting, Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm, Security, Telephone/Data, BMS and IPTV Systems by Co-ordination with other MEP Services.

Installation and Testing of Power Cables, MICC cables, Fire resistant cables, Beldon cables and Wiring for all Services inside the Building.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Numerous Panels inside the Building including MDB’s, SMDB’s, MCC’s, Control Panels for Lighting, Lighting Control, FCU Power and Control.

Preparation of RFIT (Request for Inspection and Testing) Documents to be submitted to the Consultant for Inspections On-site in a timely manner and accompanying the Inspector for the Inspections.

Preparation of Manpower Distribution Reports based on assignments allotted on-site on a daily basis.

Planning and Preparation of Work schedules, Look ahead schedules for the Timely completion of works On-site.

Quantity Take-off for Cable Management Systems, Fittings, all types of cables, wires, Lightning Protection systems and Fittings (Final Fix) required on-site.

Preparation of Invoice documents on a monthly basis based on completed works for billing purposes.

Inspecting the Ongoing works On-site and ensuring the activities On-site strictly adhere to the Quality requirements and safety regulations On-site.
