JOB PROFILE

I am a Graduate in Civil engineering and having excellent professional experience in Quality control field, Laboratory test and construction material verification as per IS and QCS specifications for high-rise building as well as road projects. I have the capacity of monitor to the confidence to lead a team and the personality to pass on skills and experience to junior staff. I am experienced in the preparation of daily works schedules, arrangements of resources such as men, mater, etc coordination with sub-contractors for a smooth flow of works.

Project Scope :

The scope of works includes the design and construction of:

31km of new freeway, with 7 lanes in each direction, including 5 car lanes separated from 2 trucks lanes;

25km of side roads at five locations, with 4 lanes and up to 8 lanes in each direction;

Five grade-separated interchanges, and all related cross-roads and ramps;

Cross road, pedestrian & bicycle paths with the appropriate overpasses structures;

Service structures including underpasses, culverts, retaining walls, pump stations, substations, drainage structures, tanks and gantries;

Traffic signs, road markings and an Intelligent Traffic System;

Street lighting and bridge underpass lighting works;

A storm water drainage system, foul sewerage network, treated sewage effluent network, and water supply network will also be delivered.

The Group’s scope includes provision of electrical, telephone and communication networks, utilities protection works, and landscaping, hardscape and irrigation works. Responsibilities:

Attending meetings and competently communicate with subcontractors, consultant regarding Quality issues on site.

Preparing and forecasting Inspection test plan and monitoring the activities on site as per the ITP.

Inspecting Earth Works Activities I.e. filling for roads, pipe trenches and around concrete manholes. Concrete works for duct banks and chambers.

Inspection of asphalt laying and field sampling, Concrete Works Activities, Reinforcement and Formwork Inspections, Concrete Pouring Process, Concrete cover survey, Surface Coating Activities and Water Proofing Works.

Monitored the construction process and ensured that all the quality requirements are met as per project specification.

Witness Third Party Testing, reviewing third party test reports and submitting to client. Position : QA/QC Engineer
