Summary
I have 5 years of experience in LTE, 3G and GSM Radio Network Design & Optimization. From last 1.5 years I have been working as RF Engineer with Ooredoo Oman on LTE for network design & optimization. I have worked with Huawei Omantel as RF Engineer & successfully led the project of antenna modernization of 2G, 3G & 4G. I have worked with Telenor Pakistan as RF consultant on 2G & 3G. I have excellent ability to plan & execute different task assigned by the management. With excellent team management & leadership skills, I have successfully led different projects with Ooredoo, Huawei Omantel & Telenor Pakistan.

Ooredoo Oman (From March 2016 to date)
RF Planning & Optimization Engineer
Planning for new Sites (FP & CDD) for network growth &maintain Network quality.
Responsible for expansion & redesigns to have maximum gain in utilization & Coverage, while maintain & improve Radio quality of network.
Responsible for reviewing coverage maps & verify through predictions for 2G/3G & LTE outdoor sites.
Deployment and verification of LTE CA (Carrier Aggregation).
Responsible in deployment and Verification of VoLTE and SRVCC testing in Muscat Area.
LTE KPI’s Monitoring, Accessibility KPI’s like RRC and ERAB Setup.
Usage KPI’s Cell availability, Resource block usage, PDCP layer throughput, Incoming/Outgoing Signaling Throughput on X2, Active UE’s per eNodeB.
Retain-ability KPI’s like ERAB drop rate.
Mobility KPI’s Intra/Inter eNodeB HO success rate, Ho preparation HO success rate Inter eNodeB X2 based, Quality.
Initial tuning and troubleshooting for 2G, 3G new sites in test phase.
KPI monitoring for CS and PS services for RRC/RAB setup success rate, CS/PS drop rates, throughput and traffic volumes for HS and R99 services, SHO and IRAT success rates.
Redesign studies based on clusters after new site integration to ensure removal of overshooting sites, traffic sharing and proper cell coverage optimizing the RSCP footprint, enhancing Ec/No and reducing pilot pollution.
Optimization and daily monitoring of worst performing cells through daily, weekly & hourly reports on the basis of KPI’s.
Responsible to provide Technical expertise and advice to client team on TSSR of new LTE outdoor site.
Traffic Analysis and recommendations of expansions on 2G.
Identify and provide solutions for special areas of the network like indoor coverage & repeater solutions.
Daily stats monitoring and raise operational Issues to the concerned department.
To prepare reports of 2G, 3G & 4G presentations at cluster level.
Handling & managing 2G, 3G & 4G Cluster optimization activities.
