Part of the Project Management Team that oversaw the FEED, detail engineering and construction for the CPC tank farm expansion project. Review deliverables prepared by Russian design companies, prepared technical evaluation for vendor bids, review material specifications, schedule and cost estimates.

Qatargas, LNG Loading Facility - Berth 6, Ras Laffan Industrial City – Qatar. Lead Civil / Structural Engineer for the Pre-FEED, FEED & Detail Engineering. Supervised the civil/structural detail engineering design and the engineering support during construction, prepared man-hour estimates, monitored job progress, issued change orders, reviewed vendor drawings, scheduled tasks and coordinated work with other disciplines, reviewed geotechnical report and participated in contractor technical bid evaluations. Reviewed civil / structural deliverables prepared by marine subcontractor. Frequent site visits to resolve road crossings location and design issues.

PTT LNG Company Limited, LNG Receiving Terminal, Thailand.

Lead the detailed FEED effort which was being executed by local Thai companies, responsibilities included coordinating, monitoring, reviewing and approving all civil/structural deliverables.

Supervised all civil and structural design activities and deliverables, prepared man-hours estimate, design criteria, specifications, scheduled tasks and coordinated work with other disciplines.

Designed compressor building and table top compressor. Evaluated existing structure in order to accommodate new equipments.

KBR, BAKU – AZERBAIJAN Office (2002 to 2005)

BP, Sangachal Oil Terminal, Baku – Azerbaijan.

Prepared buildings FEED documents and layout drawings for the detail engineering to be performed by local company, Tekfen-Azfen. Reviewed detail engineering calculations and shop drawings prepared by subcontractors, ensure the design is to the approved industrial standards and codes.

Designed pump shelter, launcher & receiver building and compressor foundation. Reviewed the field tank settlement resolution proposed by tank vendor.

Participated in the preparation of the project execution plan, scope of work, design basis, schedule review, and cost estimates for the feasibility of QIT Expansion Project. Reviewed detailed drawings, specifications prepared by consultants for the Flare Revamp and Terminal Dock Rebuild projects.
