Recruited to participate in the construction of then CEO of E- Trade’s private residence. Initially hired by the Landscape Architect to construct a teak lined bocci ball court. Subsequently contracted (3) separate projects with Owner: Tea House/ Walk in Closet/ Dinning Room Ceiling. *note: this was a 17,000+ sq.ft., $28,000,000.00 residence. These were high end, artisan, interior finish projects subject to intense critical review and approval by Owner, Interior Designer, and Architect, with emphasis on fit and finish. We were allowed a great deal of artistic leeway resulting in a collaborative design effort. 2002-2007 Residential Construction- Grass Valley, Pollack Pines, Auburn, Constructed (4) single family custom homes, (3) custom interior trim outs, and (2) kitchen remodels

2007-2008 Contracted Strip Mall TI for nuyo (frozen yogurt). Completed (2) build outs in Chula vista, (1) in Folsom, and (1) in Granite Bay 2009-2015 PSC (Personal Service Contract) Construction Superintendent Recruited to oversee and install the fiber optic laterals to each light rail platform from the F/O backbone running the length of the system in/or alongside the ballast. Financing for this project was secured through Federal Government grants. As grants were exhausted and/or sunset, extensions and/or additional grants would be procured, and subsequent projects would ensue. Throughout the duration of these projects my responsibilities remained the same. Duties included but were not limited to:

Field design for the construction logistics of the civil infrastructure. Scheduling/ permitting of said proposed construction with the mitigating agencies; Sac City, Folsom, PGE, SMUD, affected local businesses, as well as, districts within Regional Transit- Police Services, Engineering, Procurement, Metro, IT, Architecture, Metro, Wayside, and Metro. Creating and implementing timeline of purchasing/ manufacturing/ of materials, and/or renting equipment. Completion of any, and all company and government required paperwork. Aside from the afore mentioned duties I was the direct supervisor for a crew of (5) Beyond the installation of the F/O platform laterals, we installed digital messaging signs, FVMs (ticket vending machines), surveillance cameras, and smart card ticket readers. These installations required low voltage (cat-5e), and network transitioning (fiber optic to copper). Thus, our responsibilities/ skill set ranged from heavy equipment, scissor lifts, concrete cutting, trenching, paving, welding, to network switching and wi-fi.

2016- current Residential Construction- Newcastle, Penryn, Loomis Constructed (1) single family residence. Completed (2) residential remodels. Wrapping up (2nd) single family residence.
