My past experience has been with: Desktop Support, Systems and Server Administration with the necessary upgrades, VDI, WINS, NetBIOS, DNS, Server Support, re-imaging, Audio Visual Engineering and created Corporate Images. Familiar with LANDESK and Windows Remote Desktop. I have supported and resolved issues with all Windows OS from Windows 3 through Windows 10.
I was a Project Manager for MCI WorldCom Corporation’s Y2K project. I also spearheaded the entire MCI WorldCom Corporation Software and Hardware including all peripheral‘s, various IPAD’s, Microsoft’s Surface PAD, laptop’s, desktops routers and router refresh projects. All of these projects were achieved before the requested timeline period.
I managed twelve Hardware Technicians and assigned them to the appropriate Service Tickets using Apsylog or Remedy.

Project Manager:
In addition to my system administrator role described above, served as the Project Manager for the WorldCom Business Markets account which purchased MCI on the Y2K Router and Hub Upgrades.
Served as the liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure that any unresolved issues and barriers were quickly resolved and all deadlines were met. Additionally, I manage the WorldCom Business Markets Hardware Refresh Program. This program was tasked with the planning and implementation of new corporate hardware for all WorldCom Business Markets locations throughout the United States and involved working with the Deployment and Technical Teams. This experience presented me the opportunity to develop strong people skills in communicating and managing various corporate teams.
