With a broad background in various aspects of projects activities in technical, quality inspection, supervising skill and practical experience to manage projects. -Study of all Design and execution by structural diagrams.

-Site Inspections and Supervisions

-Inspect all permanent works for spec/ drawings compliance

-Check dimensions and levels/ profile

-Check for formwork/ false work / shutter work (dimensions/ verticality/ stability)

Project: construction of 48 Units Type III Quarters in ICF South Colony, Chennai ( AUGUST2015- FEB 2016 )

Key Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the team of Civil and inspectors for project quality inspections and supervision of the civil/structural works of the project.

-Study of building drawings and technical documents like work method statements(MS),Material approvals(MAR),Material test reports(Steel & Concrete),Field test reports(FDT.CBR, pile integrity/sonic logging, Pile loading tests, stone column cone penetration tests)in line with specification.

-Actively participate in safety programmes and continual monitoring, implementing and reporting of Project safety procedures and policy like review of risk assessments along with MS and actively involved in tool box talks, safety walk and audits.

-Day to day supervising of the daily construction activities, progress and quality and ensure that the field preparation, constructability, and the implementation of projects procedures as per standards.

-Co-ordinate with Design Consultant and Local Authorities for any technical evaluation/ quires with the existing roads/utilities as well as in the proposed structures.

-Carrying routine site surveillances/inspections and report daily progress to the Project Manager (PM), communicate any area of concern and suggest a solution /follow up the implementation.

-Maintaining Inspection request (IRF) log and based on that preparing/monitoring progress as well as Quality in the site and report to the PM.

-Correspondences and meetings with Client and close out of safety, quality and technical issues.
