WORKING EXPERIENCES

Worked as a BMS System Operator at SHAQAB ABELA CATERING SERVICES CO. W.L.L under COMO Facilities Management Services in Doha Qatar. Since 08th Dec.2012 to 08th May 2015.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to supervise and control the operation of the building management system and monitor all plant activities of Milaha Commercial Building Project.

Check and adjust the AC through the system as per clients’ requirement.

Generate work order for corrective and preventive maintenance works and update the work order in the system (System Used Infor)

Provide the maintenance supervisor with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for implementation and handle the follow up on the same

Immediately respond to the clients complain and arrange technical team to solve the problem (Corrective Maintenance)

Log daily activities in the system and send reports to the Sr. Facilities Manager

Prepare Monthly Report for all maintenance job and send to Sr. Facility Manager and Operation Department.

Worked as an Assistant Manager, Warehouse at THE FACTORY OUTLET (PVT) LTD. No # 57, Pennyquick Road, Wellawatte, Colombo 06, Sri Lanka. Since 26th May 2012 to 30th Nov 2012.

Worked at Saudi Oger Ltd, King Khaled International Airport Project, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a DDS Operator of Local Control Systems such as Fire Alarm, Security System, Public Address, Building Automation, Airfield Lighting and many more since 18 of October, 2008 to May, 2012.
