DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to supervise and control the operation of the building management system and monitor all plant activities of Milaha Commercial Building Project.

Check and adjust the AC through the system as per clients’ requirement.

Generate work order for corrective and preventive maintenance works and update the work order in the system (System Used Infor)

Provide the maintenance supervisor with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for implementation and handle the follow up on the same

Prepare Monthly Report for all maintenance job and send to Sr. Facility Manager and Operation Department.
