•GLOBAL ProSys, GPS, was built from a Consulting Business formed after selling PNUCOR Process Engineers in August 2007, into an integrated Fluid Process Systems: Manufacturing, Construction, Distributed Products, Installation and Operations, Training and Services. Developed from a Template used at PNUCOR, KEMTRON, WEATHERFORD and AKER with focus upon challenges and successes in building the business with an adaptable Business Plan. Start-ups sold, Joint Ventures developed and a spin-off GPS SPRINT with SPRINT WASTE is positioned for explosive growth in the Air Monitoring and Management Application Industry.

•All the. GPS, GLOBAL Prosys companies began as start-up Ventures, with Pete Gotcher, of WASTE MANAGEMENT. The Multi-million dollar sales of all these businesses remain investments, after sale, by the founders and close knit investors. Margins have been maintained at 30-40%. The founders continue to serve on Boards of these companies.
