Objective

As a Physician Assistant my goal is to work in the medical field where I can utilize my education and gain additional experience. I am an accomplished, well organized, and dedicated individual. I display a focused professional attitude with the ability to listen and communicate, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Aberdeen Family Practice 10/2015-Present

I currently provide all aspects of primary care to patients in a fast paced private practice office. I am involved in all aspects of patient care including taking histories and physicals, implementing treatment plans, prescribing medications, ordering & interpreting laboratory data & diagnostic tests, and performing minor in office procedures.

ChoiceOne Urgent Care 12/2017 –Present

I treat patient of all ages in urgent care. I am able to preform minor procedures such as suturing, I&D of abscesses and paronychia’s, & foreign body removal. I am also able to perform and interpret EKG’s, and radiographs. I am familiar with management of fractures and dislocations. Working in urgent care allows me to be able to multitask and have good time management skills.

As a former medical office assistant I worked with medical providers to assist patients by answering telephone calls, booking appointments, generating referrals, and registering patients in the office.
