Master Degree Project

Project Completed using ANSYS design software

1) Designed Aircraft Bell Crank Lever with low weight and high efficiency in ANSYS as a basic project.

The main objective of this design is to design a mechanical bell Crank to withstand the displacement without failure.

Five parts were provided in this geometry, hydraulic arm, hydraulic pin, two upper pins. We need to create geometry between these five parts with different design parameter.

Since the Design part is utilized as a part of an airplane, investigation need is Safety (first), weight (second), cost

(third), considering Safety Factor describing the structural capacity of a system beyond the expected loads or actual loads.

2) Modeling Blood Flow in an Aortic Aneurysm and study the effects of the flow rate on the wall shear stress of the lesion.

The main objective of this project to create geometry applying mesh setup steady and transient pre- processing model in Newtonian as well as in non-Newtonian fluid.

Comparing flow rate with different Reynolds number while the flow is pulsating flow.

Project Completed using Solid works design software 3) Designed, analyze and generated graphs in solid works of one degree freedom (Gantry Cranes).

4) Designed and Development of Improved Conveyor System for Bottling Plant.

In the current mechanism (inline screw capping machine) the sensing problem is one of the major problem where many bottles remain uncapped and proceed ahead.

To eliminate this problem a new mechanism these eliminates the problem as Well as eliminate the use of, electronic and pneumatic system as well as Programing part. As we are not using electronic, pneumatic system the cost of the mechanism is reduced as well as maintenance.

The current mechanism cannot Use for mass production and for higher efficient plant inline production is a Second problem.

So, this new design and manufactured mechanism will eliminate the problem and can be Use in mass production as we know mass production helps in reducing cost of Production. 5) Study And Analyze The Diesel Engine Failures In Day to Day Life. 6) Design And Constructed a Prototype Model of Sucker Rod Pump also known As Beam And Crank Assembly.

An artificial-lift pumping system using a surface power source to drive a downhole pump assembly. A beam and crank assembly creates reciprocating motion in a sucker-rod string that connects to the downhole pump assembly. The pump contains a plunger and valve assembly to convert the reciprocating motion to vertical fluid movement.

Studied and manufactured the prototype model of Sucker Rod Pump.
