This project is unique in its kind here in Doha since it is in the category of Green Buildings and as a Contractor we will be contributing in attaining the LEED Silver Certification.

Position: Construction Manager July 2010/October 2010 The project consists of a bridge made of a concrete structure and some Precast Hollow Core slabs with all the finishes. This bridge is mounted at the backside of the new Grand Heritage Hotel and is used as a Terrace at the same level of the Italian restaurant located in the first floor of the European style Structure.
