•Handled regular L2 activities and worked on L1 activities whenever there was an outage or major issues which impacted Client reporting and trading.

•Troubleshooting of various configuration issues like SFTP/FTP issue and worked on quick turnaround to proceed the batch.

•Worked closely with external vendors and rating agencies across the globe, to process huge price, index and rating files on time to process the critical batch jobs for Prime Brokerage and Security Lending business.

•Acted as a gate keeper for production releases, reviewing all production releases to ensure proper implementation and back up strategy plans.

•Weekend housekeeping/checkouts to ensure the environment are available to users.
