Position: Coordinator of the Department of Studies and Projects, Construction Project Manager, and Dron pilot (UAV).

Main achivements:

•In the Coordination of Studies and Projects we have achieved in the company, to ensure the progress of planning, execution and delivery in time and form, more than seventy multi and interdisciplinary studies, mainly urban, topographic, hydraulic, geotechnical, geological, environmental and socioeconomic, developed at the local and regional level, presenting reports with the appropriate supports for the payment of contracts; Likewise, risk management studies have been carried out in each study and project.

•In the Management of Construction Projects, contributing with the top management, our company has worked in the last years in more than thirty five projects assigned by the Federal Government, State Governments and Municipal Governments, as well as different governmental organizations, assuring that the company's policies are implemented and followed at the project level, identifying, managing and mitigating all the risks to which the company has been exposed during the development of each project.

•Programming has been achieved in the conceptualization, planning, development, application, execution and administration of the budgets of each project, ensuring progress in time and form, to achieve the objectives set, as well as the general and timely administration of financial projections and the billing process to clients. We have ensured to maintain positive relationships with customers; all aspects of the scheduling process and purchase of services and materials with subcontractors and suppliers were managed to receive favorable prices, keeping an accurate record of the savings and losses on those purchases.

•Risk management studies have been developed in each project, implementing the necessary measures so that the guarantee of the correct materials, tools and equipment are delivered and installed in a timely manner, avoiding losses or damages, to avoid delays in the projects. It has been achieved that all construction projects include the personal safety of each participant, supervising and forcing each individual on the site to comply with established safety standards.

•I have used my knowledge as a landscape architect, projecting, planning, designing, managing, conserving and rehabilitating projects that include open spaces and public spaces, collaborating with architectural drawings, proposals for environmental restoration, planning and urban design; residential development, planning of parks and recreational spaces, as well as the historical preservation of different buildings.

•For the supervision of works and the development of more than twenty projects, video and aerial photographs have been made in different construction sites, rivers, canals, lagoons and any other area allowed by current regulations. As a drone pilot I have supported the company with a deep knowledge of UAV systems (Unattended Aerial Vehicles), for the preparation of operation manuals and risk management; in the disclosure of rules and regulations; in the operation and maintenance of the different types of drones; in the interpretation of aeronautical charts, manuals, instructions and flight procedures.

•The definition, planning, organization and execution of complex flight profiles have been established in different environments, according to the specific needs of each client. Coordination and active participation in flight operations has been achieved, including planning, execution, information, resource management and crew safety.

•"Studies of technical planning and basic engineering for the use of the surface waters of the Guadalupe Dam, municipality of Cuautitlan Izcalli", with an amount of $6'695,696.60 Mexican pesos, including taxes.

•"Adequacy of the Verdiguel River relief drainage project and constructive procedure for the rehabilitation of the vault (preliminary project for the Verdiguel River Tunnel), municipality of Toluca", with an amount of $5'997,863.71 Mexican pesos, including taxes.

•"1.- Executive project of level control structure for the San Pedro Tultepec lagoon in the municipal seat of Lerma, 2.- Executive project of the marginal collector to the Totoltepec River (Lombardi) municipality of Toluca", with an amount of $2'946,994.11 Mexican pesos, including taxes.

•"Topographical study to determine the volume of dredging of sugar in the Lerma River, regional coverage", with an amount of $3'212,320.55 Mexican pesos, including taxes.

•"1. Environmental impact study for the construction of the collector in the northern area of the municipal capital of Jilotepec, 2. Study of the environmental impact of the Ocopulco wastewater treatment plant in the municipality of Chiautla, 3.
