I have joined The Encyclopedic child international preschool - El Wukair - as a School Admin and I have been working there for more than three academic years. (El Wukair - Qatar)

My major responsibilities included:

1. keeping the school on the right track, organized and running smoothly.

2. Make sure that the teachers are following the curriculum and check there daily and weekly planners.

3. Monitor the class timings and the teachers' efficiency.

4. Dealing directly with the Qatari ministry of Social Affairs and make sure that all of their requests are implemented and followed up by the school system.

5. Meet the parents and follow up their requests with the knowledge to answer all of their questions and concerns, even giving them some advice to improve their kid’s behavior.

6. Manage staff meetings regularly to maintain the workflow inside the school.

7. Co-ordinate and direct parent meetings.

8. Coordinating inter-departmental communications

9. Maintaining liaison with external agencies and managing schedules for the school administration.

As the International preschool curriculum organization (IPC).

10. Managing, Recruitment and public relations.

11. Monitoring employee efficiency, and follow-up performance and make sure that work is carried out in the right direction.

12. Doing Researches and keep the place updated with the latest educational theories and tools.

13. Implementation of new systems and ideas.

14. Organize and supervise the school events.

I joined REALIS Which is a brand architecture company specialized in exhibition design solutions.

As an Interior and exhibition designer. (Doha/Qatar)

My responsibilities included:

Exhibition and retail design.

Meeting the clients and be aware of his needs.

Be updated with the latest materials in the market and the environmentally friendly ones.

o Ex: The Re-Board (is the first 100%, recyclable board)

Working on rough plans and draw them into AutoCAD with proper dimensions.

Set the main idea for the design according to the client requirements.

Follow up the workflow and the emails from the client side.

Make sure to implement the hall requirements and regulations.

Do the 3D design for the work proposal.

Do the working files via AutoCAD for the designs.

Make sure to cover all the client requirements.

Finalize the work by proper photoshop presentation.

Follow up the work on the exhibition site.

During that period, I have worked on so many important Exhibitions in Doha also some retail shops in two of the biggest Qatari malls (The Gate Mall / Villaggio).

Did the design of a Bridal shop (Bridy).

Worked on the design concept, autocade drawings, 3ds max shots and the presentation.

The design for Mobile shop (Spot Me).

Worked on the design concept, autocade drawings, 3ds max shots and the presentation.

Worked for many proposals for the career fair exhibition and the environment fair / Qatar for the year 2011-2012.

Also, I had the opportunity to work on some villas exteriors and do the render shots for them.
